Is it possible to copy from EUR-Lex? What is the license thereof?

[edit]

EUR-Lex has a great description of the croissant and its history: https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX%3A32013R0597

I'm trying to figure out what the copyright status is of European law and such descriptions. Are they public domain and could they be copied over as article content? KluskaSlaska (talk) 19:51, 10 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
